Villa “Sellista” is located above the Dubrovnik Riviera, in the settlement of Ivanica, on the border between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but very close to Dubrovnik. The distance to Dubrovnik is 8 km, to Trebinje 15 km.

It has a beautiful view of Cavtat, Mlini and Kupari, as well as the open sea with the islands of Supetar, Mrkan and Bobara. Standing on the terrace with the pool in front of the villa, you feel as if you are flying over the Dubrovnik Riviera. The location and concept of the house, terrace and pool provide an atmosphere of complete privacy and intimacy.

The villa consists of three double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a large room that is also a living room, kitchen and dining room, an entrance hall with a toilet, a machine room and a storage room under the terrace and the house, and a parking space in front of the house. The property is completely fenced.

It was built, furnished and decorated in the style of Tuscan stone houses. Olive trees, lavender, oleanders and other vegetation complement the Mediterranean atmosphere. The 8x4m pool is equipped with a saltwater system and is heated, which significantly extends the swimming season. On the terrace there is a stone fireplace-grill, and a dining table.
