Apartment Nika and Nora are on the ground floor; apartments Matteo and Andrei are on the first floor of the building.

Each apartment can accommodate 3+2 persons. Total capacity is 20 persons. All apartments are identical and consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with a shower cabin.

The guests of the 4 apartments share the pool, terraces, BBQ place, and the garden in front of the house.

The apartments are fully air-conditioned, have Wi-Fi, flat TV, burglar alarm and a parking space within the property.
