Two plots are for sale, one below and one above the main local road, R442a, on the road from Sarajevo to the Bjelašnica Ski Center, in Gornja Grkarica, 3km from the Bjelašnica Olympic Center. Both plots are in direct contact with this road and are close to the Olympic venues on Igman and Bjelašnica.

The total area of ​​the plots is 7,329m2. The plot above the road has 4,963m2, while the one below the road has 2,366m2. The plots are being sold together. No permanent construction is allowed on the plots, but containers, log cabins, parking, picnic park, resort or similar are possible.
